Practices

• Encryption in transit for the website and the API.
• Infrastructure on Google Cloud.
• Least-privilege access to production systems.
• Customer API keys are stored as hashes, so a stored key cannot be read back as the original secret.

Request deletion of your data

Email a deletion request to privacy@inferenceindex.com. We record the request and respond within 30 days.

The form opens an email to privacy@inferenceindex.com. That email is the request we record. You can also write to privacy@inferenceindex.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
